REV-MED, a regenerative medicine company led by CEO Edward BG Shin, recently hosted a successful Stem Cell Academy at Cheongdam Cell Clinic in Seoul in collaboration with the Korean Society of Aesthetic Functional Medicine.
The educational program was designed to provide healthcare professionals with practical insights into the clinical application of stem cell–related regenerative medicine techniques. During the event, REV-MED’s technologies were featured as key solutions in several live demonstration sessions.
Leading experts in regenerative medicine, including Dr. Chan-Ho Cho of Cheongdam Cell Clinic and Dr. Hyung-Moon Kim of Maylin Clinic Apgujeong, participated as faculty members, sharing their clinical experiences and treatment protocols with attendees.
A major highlight of the program was Dr. Cho’s “BMAC (Bone Marrow Aspirate Concentrate) Harvesting Hands-on Session,” where he demonstrated the use of REV-MED’s NovaStem BMAC system for the rapid and efficient processing of concentrated bone marrow-derived cellular components. The session also included demonstrations utilizing the company’s DuoSafe Dual-Filter System, attracting significant interest from participating physicians.
In a separate session, Dr. Kim presented advanced injection techniques utilizing bone marrow concentrate for hair and scalp applications. The lecture focused on the clinical use of concentrated cellular components and growth factors processed through REV-MED’s regenerative medicine platform.
According to REV-MED, the inclusion of its technologies in live demonstrations conducted during a professional academic program reflects growing confidence among clinicians in the platform’s practical value and reproducibility in clinical settings.
A company representative stated, “The use of our products during live demonstrations organized by a recognized medical society demonstrates the trust that clinical experts place in these solutions. Academic collaboration provides an important opportunity to further validate technology and share clinical experience.”
The representative added, “We will continue strengthening academic partnerships and educational programs to support the advancement of regenerative medicine and expand the practical application of these technologies in clinical practice.”
